Trade Program FAQs

  1. Complete the Trade Application Form below.
  2. Our team will review your application within 5 business days of submission. Applications with tax exemption documentation may take longer to approve.
  3. Upon approval, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register your account.
  4. After registering your account, you'll receive access to our Trade Program benefits, including discounts and additional product customization.
  5. If you selected yes for tax exemption, you will receive an email from Avalara requesting the Sales Tax Exemption Form. Upon receiving the form, the approval process can take up to 5 business days. Once approved, your James & James account will be ready to use! *Sales tax will only be exempt for the qualifying shipping state
