Constructed from White Oak Hardwood, this piece showcases a coarse, natural wood grain that adds both character and durability. Every piece is hand-finished in the color of your choosing, then sealed with a polyurethane finish to further protect the surface.

Cushions are made from Sunbrella fabric and high-quality foam that quickly dries, ensuring optimal comfort even after exposure to rain or humidity.

The removable and washable cushion covers make it convenient to keep clean and fresh, maintaining a pristine appearance for years to come. Our outdoor furniture is equipped with adjustable feet, allowing for easy leveling on uneven surfaces.

To ensure the longevity and beauty of your James and James outdoor furniture, we apply a durable outdoor spar varnish. This protective finish shields the wood from moisture, UV rays, and temperature changes. For best results, position your furniture in shaded areas or use covers to minimize exposure to harsh weather conditions.

During winter or periods of heavy rain, store your furniture indoors or under waterproof covers, ensuring proper ventilation to prevent moisture buildup.

These steps will help maintain the wood's natural charm and durability for years to come.

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your custom cushions and pillows, lightly brush or vacuum them weekly to remove dirt and prevent it from settling into the fabric. Rotate and reverse the cushions regularly to ensure even wear and to spot stains early.

Before cleaning, lightly brush or vacuum the furniture. For cleaning, lightly mist the fabric with a mixture of 1/4 cup mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water, and gently scrub with a sponge or soft bristle brush if needed. Rinse thoroughly to remove any soap residue, and let the cushions air dry.

We believe craftsmen should stand behind their products. That’s why we promise: 

1. If your item(s) isn’t delivered in the correct color, size (after allowing for our 1” variance), or style that you ordered, we will replace it.  
2. If your item(s) arrives damaged and the damage is noted upon the delivery paperwork, we will evaluate the damage and at our discretion either repair or replace some or all of the product that is damaged.  
3. If your item(s) ever unnaturally cracks or splits, we’ll fix or replace it as indicated in our warranty.
