Quantities are limited—making each table a rare opportunity to bring heirloom-quality design into your home in just a couple of weeks! This piece will leave our woodshop within 5 business days, ready to begin its journey home to you.

While most James & James pieces are made to order, we’ve hand-selected a few of our most popular designs to offer pre-built and ready to ship.

Crafted from solid Knotty Alder Hardwood, our furniture is built for everyday use and ready to become your next heirloom.

Each pre-built piece is hand-finished in a carefully selected color and sealed with a durable polyurethane finish to protect the surface. Surface area knots are filled for a smooth touch, while all other knots are left open and natural—celebrating the unique character of the wood.

The tabletop is 1.75" thick, and the table has a standard dining height of 30". To calculate the clearance underneath, subtract 1.75" from the total height of the table.

To find the distance between the legs (sides), subtract 14” from the total length of the table.

To arrive at the distance between legs (ends), subtract 12” from the total width of the table.

Please note that each measurement is an approximation, as these pieces are hand-built. We allow for up to 1" in variation to accommodate the unique nature of handcrafted furniture.

Knots on surface areas are filled by our carpenters, ensuring a smooth surface that's easy to clean, while all other knots are left open and natural.

For daily care, we recommend using water and any cleaning product safe for wood surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals as it will deteriorate the finish and could cause damage. Remember to use a trivet or coaster for items too hot to touch.

We believe craftsmen should stand behind their products. That’s why we promise: 

  1. If your item(s) isn’t delivered in the correct color, size (after allowing for our 1” variance), or style that you ordered, we will replace it.  
  2. If your item(s) arrives damaged and the damage is noted upon the delivery paperwork, we will evaluate the damage and at our discretion either repair or replace some or all of the product that is damaged.  
  3. If your item(s) ever unnaturally cracks or splits, we’ll fix or replace it as indicated in our warranty.
