This stool arrives fully assembled. While our dining tables are crafted in-house, our stools are sourced from a reliable USA-based partner and are made from high-quality maple hardwood and 100% polyester fabric upholstery. This collaboration ensures that each stool meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship, providing a durable and complementary seating option for your space. Due to natural variances in different wood types, stool finishes and other furniture finishes may not be an exact match, but the stool finish is designed to complement the stain of your existing pieces.

For daily care of your maple hardwood stool, we recommend dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth to keep the surface clean. For a deeper clean, use water and a wood-safe cleaning product as needed. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals, as they can damage the finish and the wood. Always dry the stool immediately after cleaning to prevent moisture damage.

For upholstered stools, the care instructions vary by fabric. For Charcoal and Cream fabrics, spot clean with a mild solvent, upholstery shampoo, or foam from a mild detergent. When using a solvent or dry cleaning product, follow the instructions carefully and clean only in a well-ventilated room. Avoid any product that contains carbon tetrachloride or other toxic materials.

For leather, clean regularly by dusting with a soft, dry cloth or using a vacuum with a soft brush attachment. For more thorough cleaning, mix a small amount of mild soap (like baby soap) with warm water and dampen a soft cloth with the solution. Wipe the leather gently, being careful not to saturate it. Dry immediately with a soft, dry cloth. To maintain the leather’s suppleness, avoid harsh chemicals such as alcohol or ammonia, as they can damage the leather. Lastly, keep the leather out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to prevent fading and cracking.

We believe craftsmen should stand behind their products. That’s why we promise: 

1. If your item(s) isn’t delivered in the correct color, size (after allowing for our 1” variance), or style that you ordered, we will replace it.  
2. If your item(s) arrives damaged and the damage is noted upon the delivery paperwork, we will evaluate the damage and at our discretion either repair or replace some or all of the product that is damaged.  
3. If your item(s) ever unnaturally cracks or splits, we’ll fix or replace it as indicated in our warranty.
