Handcrafted in the USA - This item is built by hand at our woodshop in the Ozarks. James+James is a garage-started company that began 11 years ago with one coffee table. 
Solid Hardwood, No Veneers - We use Knotty Alder Hardwood to build our furniture. All our lumber is kiln-dried, which prevents warping and cracking.
Durable Finish - Our durable polyurethane finish makes our furniture resistant to everyday wear and tear.

Base Inset - Table bases are inset to allow for comfortable seating at the ends of the table. Insets are scaled at custom lengths for optimal design.
> Tables 6'L to 9'L = approx. 13" table base inset
> Tables 9.5'L = approx. 22" table base inset
> Tables 10'L = approx. 24" table base inset
Seating Capacity - Chair widths and spacing preferences vary, but as a general rule:
> 6’ tables seat 6 loved ones
> 8’ tables seat 8 loved ones
> 10’ tables seat 10 loved ones
> 12’ tables seat 12 loved ones
Notes -
> Steel bases are raw steel that's been clear coated for durability. Bases measure approx. 30" and taper down to approx. 25.5" at the floor.
