James+James Delivery Details:
If you live one of our delivery cities or if you are eligible for our Local Delivery option, you will be able to select a James+James delivery upon checkout. We are only able to accept deliveries for each trip until the trailer is full. You can monitor the capacity of each trip on our deliveries page. Typically we make each delivery run every 6 to 8 weeks.
If you are located on our delivery route or just outside one of our delivery cities, it is possible that we can deliver to your home. Please contact us for more information!
At least one week before the scheduled delivery trip or local delivery, you will be emailed with a specific delivery date and 1.5 hour time window for your delivery. Your delivery time and date will be dictated by your location relative to our delivery route. Deliveries can happen any day between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. We cannot guarantee days or times. Our deliveries are scheduled based off drive times and cannot be modified. This is done to reduce the cost of the deliveries for all customers. If your delivery is going to be impacted by weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, we will contact you with a new delivery date and time as soon as we can.
Please be prepared to inspect and sign for your furniture upon delivery.
Deliveries include inside placement on the ground floor only. If your residence is not on the ground floor, your delivery will be curbside.
To lower your delivery costs and reduce transit damage, some items arrive unassembled (chairs, hutches, buffets etc.). Assembly is very simple and straightforward and instructions are included. Our crew will be happy to assemble your table in your home.
It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture you order can fit through your threshold. Furniture cannot be refused upon delivery if it does not fit through an entryway.
